COOKED: Pasta Passion

Step into the world of fresh pasta-making! Campers will learn to mix, knead, and roll dough while exploring the science of gluten and mastering shaping techniques. Each day combines hands-on cooking, recipe experimentation, and the art of sauces and flavor development. Students leave with delicious creations, practical culinary skills, and a deeper understanding of traditional Italian pasta-making. (Note: this class cannot accommodate dairy or gluten allergies.)

Dive into a week of messy, colorful, and imaginative art! Campers will explore ice painting, water-blown jellyfish, exploding paint, pop balloons, and underwater-themed creations. Each day balances guided activities with time for experimentation, helping students develop artistic confidence, creativity, and a love for playful, hands-on expression. By the end of the week, campers will have a collection of vibrant, wacky masterpieces and memories of a totally creative adventure.
